- first floor timbers
- structural beams, posts, connections, etc
- roof timbers and beams
- insulation
- completion of work
Additional inspections may be required and we may also carry out unscheduled visits.
When to start work
Once a Full Plans application has been deposited or a Building Notice given, work can start on site. You or your builder need to notify us at various stages of the build.
